Perhaps? Perhaps not… but we do believe in a few simple exercises to help you unwind.

During a Happening Weekend you’ll have the chance to discover new ways to relax – you might like to try your mind at meditation or chill out with Chi Gong.

You might discover that flying a kite, bouncing on the trampoline or going for a walk offers just the relaxation you need.

You might get inspired to try yoga or quad biking or a cookery workshop or take a journey of personal discovery with one of the coaches on the team.
